<span>Our client, a rapidly expanding leader within the telecommunications sector has an immediate requirement for a Senior Sales &amp; Business Development Expert. This role is based in Limerick.</span><br/>

<span><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:</span></span><br/>
<span><span style="text-decoration: underline;"></span></span><br/>
<ul>
<li>Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of the most effective sales strategy for your carrier base that results in the achievement of revenue targets.</li>
<li>Re-contract services already in situ with carrier base prior to them coming out of contract.</li>
<li>Identify new carriers; engaging with, presenting to and signing agreements and new revenue lines.</li>
<li>Ensure all sales orders meet e|net finance and sales management requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitate structured feedback to different areas of our clients business regarding their client needs, operational needs, business opportunities and marketing/sales programmes.</li>
<li>Provide executive level representation at customer, prospect meetings and technology events.</li>
<li>Work closely with product management to channel feedback on product features and functions requirements, trends, pricing and events.</li>
<li>Develop creative selling techniques based on market/product knowledge and work with your colleagues to measure effectiveness.</li>
<li>Assist in developing our clients brand identity and recognition in the marketplace.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely forecasts using appropriate sales tools and processes and maintain all relevant information about customers, prospects, campaigns and leads etc.</li>
<li>Work with different teams within our client to ensure business is transacted to customer&rsquo;s expectations.</li>
<li>Other duties as required.</li>
</ul>
<br/>
<span><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Required Skills / Experience:</span></span><br/>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in external sales selling ICT solutions and services in Ireland.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience of telecoms services (Ethernet, SDH and dark fibre etc).</li>
<li>Demonstrated sales record of selling to senior representatives from all types of operators in Ireland.</li>
<li>Record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.</li>
<li>Flexible individual capable of adapting in a high-growth dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).</li>
<li>Persuasive, engaging and a good listener able to identify and adapt to different clients.</li>
<li>Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Team player, motivated, driven, enthusiastic, able to contribute positively to the team and throughout the organisation; but also able to maintain a high-level of autonomy.</li>

<span><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></span><br/>
<ul>
<li>Network operations including supervision and analysis of network alarms, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network faults</li>
<li>Customer management including notification, collaborative incident handling, reporting and general assistance</li>
<li>Circuit build including design, configuration and interconnect mapping for access and core nodes.</li>
<li>Design, build and verification of new network infrastructure and platforms</li>
<li>Network configuration changes, platform migrations and Change management</li>
<li>Network maintenance and enhancement including collocation facility infrastructure</li>
<li>Vendor/partner interaction and escalation handling</li>
<li>Participation in company emergency callout rota</li>
<li>Other duties are required</li>
</ul>
<br/>
<span><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Required Competencies</span></strong></span><br/>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of four years NOC/Transmission/IP experience</li>
<li>Excellent working knowledge of MPLS and IP/Ethernet preferably using Alcatel Lucent hardware</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of SDH with experience of Tellabs 6300 platform would be an advantage</li>
<li>Track record of successful technical project execution and/or working in a high-pressure Network Operations Centre</li>
<li>Good general understanding of transmission network principles, including circuit design and proven experience of contributing to improving resilient platform operation</li>
<li>Telecommunications operator and/or vendor experience in a transmission environment</li>
<li>Demonstrate application of deep analytical and problem-solving skills within the telecommunications transmission field</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask</li>
<li>Good documentation and general communication ability with strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>High levels of flexibility, willingness to learn and develop and awareness of future trends in the telecommunications industry</li>
</ul>
<br/>
<span><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Additional Competencies which would be highly advantageous (in order of priority)</span></strong></span><br/>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with one (or more) of the following vendor platforms &ndash; Alcatel Lucent, Ciena or Tellabs</li>

<span>Our client, a rapidly expanding leader within the telecommunications sector has an immediate requirement for a P/T HR Generalist for a maternity leave contract. This role is based in Limerick.</span><br/>
<span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><br/>
<ul>
<li>Provide advice and support on all aspects of HR while managing daily activity i.e. working relations, grievances, disciplinary, performance management, training needs, compensation and benefits, communication, personal issues and legislation etc.</li>
<li>Implement improvements to HR procedures to ensure alignment with legislation.</li>
<li>Support the communication process between management and employees.</li>
<li>Handle employee matters consistently in line with company policies sensitively and confidentially.</li>
<li>Ensure all personnel, training and pension records are maintained/ auditable at all times.</li>
<li>Roll out of employee opinion survey and culture audit to improve working environment.</li>
</ul>
<span><strong>Key Required Competencies</strong></span><br/>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a HR generalist role with a strong emphasis on working relations.</li>
<li>3<sup>rd</sup> level qualification in relevant discipline required, e.g. HR practices &amp; development or related field. CIPD or IITD qualification.</li>
<li>An in-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems and personnel.</li>
<li>Professional and approachable individual with a strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, guide and influence others.</li>
<li>Solid analytical skills, sound judgement &amp; ethics to develop logical solutions/scenarios.</li>
<li>Experience of dealing with issues quickly.</li>
<li>Self motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work on own initiative and in teams.</li>
<li>High level of organisational &amp; time management skill with meticulous attention to detail.</li>

They are a busy, successful and faced moving company who offer great career opportunities.<br /><br />Duties and responsibilities will include:<br />Responsible for the collation of potential new products and brands from suppliers and purchasing department.<br />Presenting product recommendations to the account managers, the marketing department and the purchasing department for consideration.<br />Liaise with suppliers directly or with the purchasing dept to understand product options.<br />Build an understanding of the product roadmap to match up potential accessory products.<br />Develop an organised system for recording all product information.<br />Develop a monthly product presentation forum for both internal Account Mangers and external Customer Account Principles<br />Complete all product set up forms for agreed product lines (liaise with relevant account manager)<br />&nbsp;Liaise with marketing for product role out, promotions and all POS options.<br />To liaise with purchasing to communicate all product decisions, initial forecasting.<br />To plan product entry and exit with Account Managers.<br />To create and manage a &lsquo;free of charge&rsquo; product sample control system.<br />To maintain new product information sheets to assist Retail Executives in store training.<br />Assist with non-technical product testing and evaluation.<br />&nbsp;Assist in the development of a direct sourced product quality control system<br />Assist in the communication of monthly new product launches.</span><br/>

<span>You will be responsible for converting qualified sales leads into revenue generating sales by analysing the needs and requirements of potential new customers.<br />Responsibilities<br />&bull;&nbsp;You will follow up on qualified leads turning them into sales opportunities<br />&bull;&nbsp;You will independently managing pipeline<br />&bull;&nbsp;You will cold calling and identifying own leads<br />&bull;&nbsp;You will be responsible for providing revenue forecasting reports on activity<br />&bull;&nbsp;You will research market trends, opportunities and competition to support sales pitch delivery<br />&bull;&nbsp;You will be involved in training and mentoring of other team members<br />&bull;&nbsp;You will continue to train and educate to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge<br />&bull;&nbsp;You will participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team results</span><br/>
<span><br />Skills and attributes</span><br/>
<span>o&nbsp;Fluent in German and English<br />o&nbsp;3rd Level educations or leaving certificate<br />o&nbsp;Relevant experience in a sales environment<br />o&nbsp;2 years minimum experience<br />o&nbsp;Proven and strong Outbound cold acquisition sales experience within a fast paced target orientated environment<br />o&nbsp;Strong phone communication skills<br />o&nbsp;A minimum of one year telesales experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus:&nbsp; internet company, financial institution, payments processor or telemarketing firm<br />o&nbsp;Experience using Microsoft Office products and experience using systems such as Gold Mine, ACT, Siebel or SalesForce.com would be a plus<br />o&nbsp;Excellent oral and written communication experience<br />o&nbsp;Self motivated and target driven</span><br/>
